TCU won the final game of the 3 game series against BYU by a score of 12 to 3. The Frogs played well in all facets of the game. Every starter had a base hit by the 3rd inning. Andrew Walker gave the Frogs the early lead with a 2 run home run. Ben Carruthers had 2 hits and 3 RBI's. Steglich, Vern, Conlon and Adams all had 3 hits each. Starting and winning pitcher Chris Johnson wene 5.1 innings, giving up 7 hits, 3 runs, 5 walks and striking out 3. Donald Furrow pitched the rest of the game, shutting out the Cougars, while striking out 3 and only giving up 1 hit.
